“A lot of the new baby activities seem aimed at mums, which is understandable to help with all the changes they’ve gone through, but it can be easy to feel a bit left out as a dad. I was lucky to be in a position where I could go to the course along with my wife so that we could both be on the same page with what we were learning. I don’t know how she would have found time to pass the information on to me afterwards (or how good I would have been at listening to it!) so it was really valuable to both be there and be on the same page. The course was really well run and gave us a lot of good ideas to use at home, which was easier to do because we could both use the lessons together.”
