AGM 2026

Wednesday 15 July 2026
10.30am
Churcher’s College

We are pleased to invite all Home-Start Butser Members to attend our 2026 Annual General Meeting.

Attendance

If you plan to attend, please let us know by emailing office@homestart-butser.org.uk.

If you are unable to attend and wish to appoint a proxy to vote on your behalf, please notify the Chair in writing by email before the commencement of the meeting. Only members, or notified proxies, are eligible to vote on the formal business of the AGM.

Business of the AGM

Members will be asked to vote on:

  • Approval of the 2025 AGM Minutes
  • Adoption of the 2025–26 Annual Report and Accounts
  • Appointment of the Independent Examiner
  • Election of Trustees
  • Special Resolution to adopt revised Articles of Association

Special Resolution

Some members may recall that a written Special Resolution to adopt revised Articles of Association was circulated by email in October 2025. Unfortunately, insufficient responses were received for the Resolution to be passed in writing.

In accordance with the current Articles of Association, the Trustees are therefore bringing the Special Resolution to members for consideration and a vote at the AGM.

Election of Trustees

The following Trustees, having been appointed by the Board during the year, offer themselves for reappointment by the members:

  • Karen Turnbull
  • Dawn Renton
  • Carol Norris

The Special Resolution is available using the link above.

If you would like to receive copies of any of the following documents before the AGM, please call us on 01730 233755 or email office@homestart-butser.org.uk:
