As a Hampshire-based business, we’ve always believed in looking after our people and giving something back to the community where we live and work.

We wanted to support a local charity whose values reflected our own, but we were looking for more than simply making a donation. We wanted our staff to feel involved, to know they were making a real difference, and to build a partnership that would have a lasting impact. That’s when we found Home-Start Butser.

Home-Start Butser supports local families with young children through challenging times. Their trained volunteers provide practical and emotional support to parents who may be feeling isolated, overwhelmed or struggling to cope. The charity’s work immediately resonated with us because strong families create stronger communities.

Our partnership began with a regular monthly corporate donation to help provide sustainable funding for Home-Start’s services. From there, our employees embraced the opportunity to get involved too. We’ve matched the money raised through staff fundraising events, encouraged volunteering, and supported Home-Start’s work in ways that bring our whole team together.

It has become far more than a sponsorship – it has become something we’re genuinely proud to be part of. What has surprised us most is how much the partnership has benefited our business as well.
