Is your child starting school in September?

Sometimes starting school can be a big deal and knowing what is expected of your child can be daunting.

Home-Start Butser is running a free 6-week school readiness group working with parents and children and offering support as children take their first steps into full-time education.

Each session will cover topics such as routines, emotions, being healthy and making friends. There will be a variety of fun hands-on activities for children to take part in and opportunities for parents to share ideas, tips and any concerns they may have.

The group will be running every Wednesday from 26 February until 1 April, 9.30am until 11am, at Clanfield Sports and Community Centre. Creche available for siblings which must be pre-booked in advance.
