Your old jewellery could help change a childhood
Got a jewellery box full of pieces you no longer wear? This September, why not have a sort out and turn those forgotten treasures into something that can make a real difference to local families?
Home-Start Butser is collecting unwanted jewellery throughout September, with donations helping us support local families with young children when they need us most.
What can you donate?
We’re collecting:
- Gold and silver jewellery – wearable or broken, including odd earrings and tangled chains
- Watches – working or not
- Costume jewellery
How to take part
It couldn’t be easier:
1. Sort through your jewellery box, drawer or cupboard.
2. Choose the pieces you’d like to donate, making sure they’re on our collection list.
3. Drop your donation at one of our collection points during September and place it in the donation envelope provided.
