At the beginning of the year, our team member Tory bravely signed up to do a sky dive in July, to raise money for Home-Start Butser. Due to the Coronavirus outbreak it had to be delayed. Tory finally had a date of 27th September, but frustratingly the weather wasn’t suitable! We will let you know once the sky dive has been rescheduled!

The COVID-19 outbreak has placed great strain on families, making fundraising critical in order for us to provide much needed support. There are families going through financial hardship and struggling to get nappies or food they need for their children. Some families were already isolated, and many families are facing mental health challenges.
Home-Start Butser and our amazing volunteers are working hard to stay connected and continue to support families through this challenging time. We have been able to continue to provide emotional support and practical advice, as well as ensuring our families get food, and vital supplies delivered to them.
